Cancellation Policy for HOH Natural Hair Salon and Spa: At our establishment, we genuinely understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, as a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are as follows: - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. - No-show appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the scheduled services. - Failure to complete, acknowledge and submit your waiver forms within 24 hrs prior to your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit being forfeited. We do not accept forms to be filled and completed the day of. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will take that into consideration on a case-by-case basis. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
